You must first run CleanOpsStaff-3ed and perform this request by clicking the Request Activation Key button in the CleanOpsStaff Program Manager. You cannot request your Activation Key from within your Internet Brower or from within this web page.

Thank you for purchasing CleanOpsStaff and for your interest in requesting an Activation Key. After completing the CleanOpsStaff Activation Key Request form you will receive an Activation Key via email at the email address you enter in the CleanOpsStaff Activation Key Request form.

By clicking the REQUEST KEY button on the CleanOpsStaff-3ed Activation Key Request form you agree to run CleanOpsStaff-3ed (the program) on only one computer at a time and you agree that you will not share your Product Code or Activation Key with others. You agree that you understand that your Activation Key is a SINGLE USER license authorizing you to run the program on a single computer at time. You agree that you understand that if you need to run CleanOpsStaff on more than one computer at a time you must purchase additional Product Codes from the APPA bookstore (Click here to buy now).

If you own or are assigned a desktop and laptop computer you may activate CleanOpsStaff-3ed on both computers with a single Product Code and Activation Key provided you agree to not run the program on both computers at the same time. Follow the below instructions to request your Activation Key:

Note: If you have not already started the CleanOpsStaff-3ed, you must first run CleanOpsStaff-3ed and be viewing this web page in the CleanOpsStaff-3ed Program Manager web browser window. Activation Key Request is done from within the CleanOpsStaff-3ed Program Manager Activation Key Request formnot from your web browser or from within this web page.

Follow the below steps to request an Activation Key

1. First Download and install CleanOpsStaff-3ed by clicking any of the 'Download" links found on this web page. Download and Installation instructions are at the Get CleanOpsStaff-3ed link.

2. After downloading and installing CleanOpsStaff-3ed, run CleanOpsStaff-3ed as you would any Windows program by (a) clicking Windows START button; (b) Click All Programs; (c) Click Hunter Consulting and Training; (d) Double Click CleanOpsStaff-3ed .

3. CleanOpsStaff will start up in Program Manager mode.

4. Click the Request Activation Key button in the left panel of CleanOpsStaff-3ed Program Manager (NOT IN THIS BROWER BOX, BUT IN THE CleanOpsStaff-3ed PROGRAM MANAGER LEFT ACTION BUTTONS PANEL)

5. Enter the requested information in the Activation Key Request form including the Product Code that came with your product. Your information will be saved to your hard drive when you submit the form. You may save your user information to disk at anytime by clicking the Save to Disk button. Your Product Code will not be save to the hard drive. You should put you Product Code in a safe place so you can find it should you need to re-activate your program.

6. Click the REQUEST KEY button at the lower left of the Activation Key Request form.

7. You will receive an Activation Key within 24 hours of your request (often times immediately or within the hour) depending on the time of day and other server activities. The email will contain all the information needed for you to activate your program.

8. The First Name, Last Name and Product Code in combination with your Activation Key will allow you to activate the full features of CleanOpsStaff-3ed . See Why Activate
