  Memory Issue When Doing Repetitive Scheduling with ProScheduling (download latest release required) (11-9-2011)

  Under certain conditions depending on the amount memory in the computer, the number tasks, rooms, and categories involved in the schedules being created; repeated scheduling with ProScheduler could lead to excessive consumption of computer memory causing an error message and eventually cause the application to freeze. This issue has been resolved in the 11-9-2011 latest release. Please download this release to ensure to have the latest version of the application.

   

  Local Work Days in the Year and Local Category Issue Resolved (download latest release required) (8-31-2011)

  Changing the Local Number Work Days in the Year after local categories were created and saved was not chaning the number of FTEs and CSF/FTE as expected. In other words if you created local categories and saved your inventory file and then later loaded the inventory file and change the Local Number Work Days in the Year in the configuration form, the calculated FTEs and CSF/FTE in the inventory worksheet did not change as expected. This issue has been resolved in the latest release. It is strongly recommended that ALL user get the latest release and observe the effect on the FTE and CSF/FTE calculation for your local categories.

   

  CleanOpsStaff Windows and Excel Compatibility (3-27-2011)

  The official supported operating systems are Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. The official supported Excel versions are Excel 2003, and Excel 2007, and Excel 2010. Excel 2002 with a limited user base as described below. The below listed combinations have received and passed compatibility testing by Hunter Consulting and Training. Other combinations of Windows and Excel versions are likely to be compatible, however, they have not been tested by Hunter Consulting and Training. Windows Vista/Excel 2007 Windows 7/Excel 2007 Windows 7/Excel 2010 Windows Vista/Excel 2007 Windows XP/Excel 2007 Windows XP/Excel 2003 Windows XP/Excel 2002 (Excel 2002 may require updating from Microsoft. Even thourgh CleanOpsStaff has been tested with Excel 2002, since there are only a few Excel 2002 users, there may be issues with CleanOpsStaff running with Excel 2002 that have not been uncovered yet. Excel 2003, Excel 2007, or Excel 2010 is highly recommended for running CleanOpsStaff.)
